Somebody Like You

Lolé Vietro brings a Latin influence to her vibrant sound on new cut ‘Somebody Like You’. 

The new single from the Italian native is an ode to her roots and a celebration of female empowerment and self love. Linking up with BBE Music’s Maverick Quest, the tune is a combination of genre, with Lolé’s buttery R&B vocals married with a Latin Jazz and Nova Soul influence to produce his vibrant and silky number. The accompanying video was directed by Jess Journo, and has a deep focus on dance and the way choreography can depict a visual portrayal. 

Speaking on ‘Somebody Like You’, Lolé commented:

“The song is about self-love and finding somebody like you, and after months in lockdown where I was losing that feeling of self-love it all just flooded back to me and I felt so empowered to be working with such an incredible team of creatives ”
