Slow Kisses

Finn Foxell might just be the most exciting alternative rap artist in the country right now. The Shepherd’s Bush frontrunner links up with fellow Elavation Mediation don p-rallel on ‘Slow Kisses’; yet another bundle of sun kissed sanctity ready to rid you of those post summer blues.

The fresh drop was released via London label Fair Youth, and epitomises Finn’s philosophy of spreading love and happiness. Like ‘The Night’ before it, ‘Slow Kisses’ marks a change of direction from many of Finn’s earlier releases, which focused on dingy, murky sonics and introspective narratives. The new single sees production from p-rallel bursting with vitality and colour, with buttery smooth cadence and serenity at the tracks epicentre. The tune is accompanied by an equally dynamic video from Forluck, which sees Finn and fellow musicians celebrating life and love in a Woodstock/Midsommar-esque community.

Fresh off the back of supporting Frankie Stew and Harvey Gunn on their UK tour, the run up to Foxell’s upcoming project is proving to be the most exciting of his career. With plenty more to come, don’t be surprised to see Finn creeping up charts and festival bills over the coming years.
