Get On

Brandon Banks is back with Get On, his first release from his much anticipated EP Natural Progressions. With his distinct CA style the artist narrates an all too relatable anecdote of everyday troubles and how we get on in spite of difficult or daily challenges. His dedication is clear, with his work showcasing his natural ability to skillfully craft creative elements from sound through to visuals. 

The first release since his 2020 double feature Caught Up, Get On follows the artist’s appreciation for acoustic layers, offering a refreshing extension to alt R&B. His creative aptitude asserts Banks to edit, co-produce, write and creative direct many of his projects, with ‘Get On’ representing another vivid contribution from the Inglewood native.

Despite his lean discography Banks perseveres, and since his 2018 debut EP Tides the artist has been on a steady ascension in notoriety for his talent and consistency.
