Devotion

Stockwell’s stunning sound within the untamed Len brings us yet another chart-worthy offering within the highly anticipated summer-stunner ‘Devotion’, linking up with pioneering DJ/Producer Jamo Beatz.

Now I don’t even know where to start with this number, honestly this man does - not - miss! Ensuing his two-piece summer anthem within Lockdown at Lenny’s (check our take on that one), Len continues to firmly keep his foot on the whole scene’s neck, providing yet another undeniably flawless offering within this one.

Lingering around since February, Len in classic fashion has been teasing this one to his audience via social platforms for some time now; leaking a preview of the star in the stu with Jamo, assisting the journey of this offering’s soundscape; mimicking the picture-perfect percussion he had envisioned for this seamless number with a ‘chuck-chuck’ here and a ‘boooom-boooom’ there, leaving Jamo to work his magic and bring the soothing alté type beat to fruition. The two are truly some of the industry’s key players right now and this number right here is an impeccable representation of that notion.

Sonically this number is in a league of its own as it s; leading us into a euphoric sequence of rosy-pads, giving off some consoling Cruel Santino vibes all before heading off into Len’s hand in production; providing that innovative cultivation of percussion - but as we all expected its Len’s one in a million cadence he brings to the game that really sealed the offering. Straight off the bat this man hits us with that show-stopping; ‘… I may be buggin’, but these stars they look like diamonds in the night’ - completely garnering our attention as he warms us up for that conscious-seizing ‘back-strap, roll it/throw it back, stroke it, show me your devotion’ hook.

Now if the warming audio wasn’t enough, Len jets off to the sun-kissed beaches of Portugal to wrap this one into a movie courtesy of MovieMakingMitch and Akadamk; portraying the talent lounging poolside, taking to the open water and stepping through the Portuguese strip with a love-interest.

Len clearly has no intention of letting up this current hot-streak, and to be honest I don’t even think it’s a streak, it just seems to come natural to the man at this point. Everyone else in the game should genuinely get ready for the takeover that’s about to ensue - I say a few more classics under his name and he’s surely in the clear! Less of me talking though, go run up those numbers.
