South London’s very own Stepz drops his new viral track Cramp That after promoting a teaser of it on Tik Tok. The social media platform is easily becoming a marketing platform for young emerging artists to share unreleased music with their fans to increase the hype.

Hailing from South London the 18-year-old rapper’s debut release Eureka secured an impressive 70k streams in just 13 days. Now with Cramp That, Stepz positions himself as one to watch on the drill influenced beat. He taps into the essence with bravado, his wordplay is braggadocios and mischievous and his enthusiasm is infectious whilst paying homage to an era by sampling Soulja Boy’s classic 2007 hit Crank That’ . You can also see it in the dance moves in the music video.

Multitalented, with a name like Stepz it isn’t hard to believe that he’s also a dancer, as well as an actor. Stepz has already received co-signs from industry heavyweights including AJ Tracey, Ms Banks, Russ Millions and Unknown T as well as building an impressive audience of over 1.1 million fans on TikTok.
