Cold Stare

Mackenzy Mackay is an artist who through single-handed penmanship pathed his way to the forefront of the alternative singer-songwriter space, proving his worth and position yet again in single “Cold Stare”. Arriving as the second release in the lead up to his next project, Mackay holds out a reassuring hand as he weaves the narrative of finding light in darkness, into his pop-rap fabric. Speaking on it himself, he explains; “Sometimes going for things that you maybe know are a bad idea and learning from them, the world is full of cold people, shit experiences that you might have but taking them on the chin and not letting them bug you is the best thing you can do. Don’t let shit ruin your day, unless it’s something you should truly care about.”

Distinctive vocals and humble lyricism continues to bridge the Yorkshire-bred artist into even more exciting spaces, one of which being the announcement of his next headline tour in April - which is already almost at sell-out. We will most definitely be there!
