Moon Undah Water

Puma Blue, also known as Jacob Allen and humble south Londoner, puts out a new visual for his hit ‘Moon Undah Water’. With a big fan base and a lot of coverage under his belt, from the likes of BBC 6 Music and NTS, we had to check it out.

With a dreamy hypnotic vibe in both sound and visual, the video has a mellow blue tone to go with the lazy vibe of the soundtrack. Think neon lights, aquariums, jellyfish and dusk. Catchy riffs and definite throwback vibes of classic rock and roll. Credit where credit is due to the rest of the music maestros, by the likes of Rudi Creswick on bass, Harvey Grant on sax and Ellis Dupuy on drums. Each of them combines sound perfectly to make this laid-back track work together seamlessly, and the flow of sound and harmony is represented further by the theme of water that is a constant callback within the video. The images are perfectly fitting for the sound and is definitely worth a look.
