Legends4eva Entertainment x Hackney Social

If you hadn’t heard of Legends4eva Entertainment, more commonly known as L4ENT, now is probably the best time to get aquatinted. With their mission focused on providing a safe space for the growth and building of artists, L4ENT exists to bring together a community of creatives within music, art and culture from all walks of life to create positive energy and stimulating atmospheres at their events.

By partnering up with event space Hackney Social and connected to Bohemia Place Market, it’s an explorative area where art and music join forces. With strong roots that delve within celebrating culture and community, Keep On Moving was born to commemorate rising musicians and has been supported by Arts Council England.

With Keep On Moving launching in 2021 with a strong intent to support black musicians, we saw an array of talent across the line-up such as spoken word artist Basq, R&B singer/songwriters Scarlett Andrews and K A E Y, the hip-hop focused Vacatixn and R&B enthusiast and headliner KeepVibesNear.

And now, back for a second edition of Keep On Moving, September the 1st will see another handful of exciting voices gracing the stage with musician Fred Jones headlining the show.

Hailing from Newham, East London, Fred Jones A.K.A FRBDN NCHTR is a multifaceted artist who touches into many mediums such as acting, modelling as well as music. As he merges experimental sounds and touches into grime, referencing Kano and Ghetts, he melds idealisms of punk, future-trap and bedroom pop. Speaking on his next live venture, Fred Jones also mentioned that this show will be coming one week after the release of his next single from his upcoming project FRBDN called ‘Mans on tha Run’ which is a tale of men’s mental health.

Accompanied by Fred Jones will be collective NFLM, an artistic supergroup made up of musical and visual artists who collaborate with likeminded individuals to express artistic thoughts and experiences.

22-year-old British artist, producer and multi-instrumentalist Deon will be bringing a neo-soul ambience as his key influences are drawn by the likes of The Internet, Steve lacy, The Neptunes and Timberland.

Spinning tunes on the night will be Zest (part of NFLM) who is a producer, DJ, model and sound engineer.

Finally, Nigerian-Irish musician BUKKY will be showcasing her incredible talent by the end of the night. Providing us with R&B-infused psychedelic and electronic lo-fi, it’s almost impossible to put BUKKY in a box. With her music often described as its own genre, she tends to draw influences from Rick Rubin, Outkast, The Strokes, Tame Impala and many other classic old school hip-hop legends.
By supporting outstanding black musicians, Keep On Moving will be providing a unique and harmonious environment for creatives. Tickets to the next Keep On Moving are available to purchase here.
