Our latest choice import from Toronto, Joyia, continues to elevate the cities RnB reputation with her latest offering ‘Come Down’, the first preview into her forthcoming EP ‘Genesis’. After receiving a care package of charming beats from close friend and frequent collaborator HMLT almost a year ago, ‘Come Down’ has finally found it’s way to the surface and has a permanent home on the 5-track project.

The smooth production sits comfortably behind Joyia’s beautiful falsetto, cradling her vocal with warm melodies and pockets of bright sax leads from Aubrey McGhee.
Following on from the success of her previous outputs, Joyia is on the fast-track to solidifying her claim to the RnB throne with ‘Genesis’, out on all streaming platforms January 31st.
