Everytime

BaggE, Tyegreen and Danny Sanchez, three of the hottest names in the UK underground scene right now, combine on new vibrantly moody, haunting and replenishing cut ‘Everytime’. Taken from upcoming EP ‘What About Summer’, produced in its entirety by the versatile Essex born producer Tyegreen, Every time sees BaggE at her reflective and melancholy best - on a song that feels like it is staring deep into your eyes at 3am. The soul-stress offers soaring melodies and ruminative lyricism, which merges with Tyegreen’s sophisticated, atmospheric instrumental and Sanchez’s charm and originality to devise this dingily beautiful late-night vibe.

The instrumental consists of a subdued synth chord pattern, some high pitched sample work, a boppy, meandering bass line and busy, robust percussion. The elements play off each other in a buoyant, kaleidoscopic way, with the vocal sitting subtly on top of the warm mix. BaggE’s chorus is memorable and haunting, as she discusses her emotions and thoughts in an introspective manner. Danny Sanchez brings his usual charisma in abundance on his verse that continues with similar thematic content, with the writing focused and nuanced.

A compelling combination of genre, vocal and texture, this is a measured and thoughtful track. Expect much more to come from all artists involved.
