AntsLive, Sherelle, and More Launch Relentless Mentorship Programme
Relentless, in collaboration with Pirate Studios, has launched the second year of their Freeform Forum mentorship programme, aimed at empowering young creatives aged 18-25. This initiative will select 12 participants to receive guidance from industry leaders such as MOBO-nominated rapper AntsLive, DJ Sherelle, visual artist Ayshe Zaefoglu (AZ), and director Troy Roscoe.
The programme spans from July to October and concludes with one mentee receiving a £10,000 fund to support their creative future. Participants can apply to one of four categories: Music Artist with AntsLive for stage performers and songwriters, Music Production with Sherelle focusing on beatmaking and mixing, Creative with AZ covering visual storytelling, and Filmmaking with Troy Roscoe teaching music video production.
The programme includes in-person meet-ups, networking sessions, skill development workshops, and tailored creative advice. A new addition this year is a live Discord chat forum for peer learning and networking.
Apply through the official website. Selection will prioritize projects that embody the Freeform Forum's ethos of pushing creative boundaries.
Relentless has long supported the UK music scene, partnering with artists like Stormzy and Aitch, and events like Notting Hill Carnival. Pirate Studios offers 24-hour creative spaces worldwide, promoting diversity and positive change within the creative community.
